Wet shaving is returning to style, but for savvy shavers it was never out of style. Daisy G’s shaving soap does not contain alcohol, so it will not dry out the skin after shaving like a canned shaving cream. This soap is made with a process completely unique to a shaving soap, this is made for shaving only and not suited for bathing purposes. Each round puck measures a little more than 2.5″ across, 1″ tall and weighs about 3 ounces. Our shaving pucks are vegan, and contain skin softening shea butter and cocoa butter for after shave comfort.
Our Shaving Soap is handcrafted in small batches in Morristown, Arizona. Because all of our soaps are made with our desert dwelling customers in mind, you can be assured that our soaps are gentle, and never drying to the skin. Our shaving soaps are designed to cushion the razor and protect the skin during shaving. Although our ingredients are selected with our dry Southwest climate in mind, no matter where you live you will appreciate the silky soft feel of your skin after using one of our acclaimed soaps.
Our customers often ask, “What’s the difference between a shaving soap and your bath soaps?” We love this question! Shaving soaps are designed to be used with a shaving brush and to make a thick foam, not fluffy bubbles. They draw moisture into the skin, and protect the skin during shaving. To formulate our shaving soap we use a high amount of saturated fats and glycerin, and add skin conditioners, essential oils and skin safe scents.
Our Shaving Soap is long lasting, one puck will last for many months with daily use. Our shaving soaps offer excellent value, each conveniently sized bar weighs a minimum of 2.75 ounces.
