What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.  We estimate postage and allow our customers to select either first class or priority mail (USPS). We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit, debit and Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

We strive to ship within 3 business days.  Once we generate a mailing label we send an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.  Generally shipments take 1-2 days within Arizona and up to 5 days for more remote locations.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use https security on our site.  We never sell customer data, nor do we retain your credit/debit card information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation. Once your order is received we will ship as soon as possible. Please note that we are not Amazon, and your shipment may take up to 5 days to ship (although we strive for a turnaround of 2 business days or less). We believe that the quality of our products are worth the wait. We will send another confirmation when your package is shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a printed invoice with your shipment.
